説明

### Issue Details

AdGuard v3.0 had the ability selectively enable or disable SSL decryption based on certificates. That option seems to be completely gone on the AdGuard v4.x!

Please bring the feature so that, we can have fine tuned controls over each app/certificate. For example: If an application uses a pinned SSL certificate (application will not accept AdGuard CA certificate) then we had the option to either ignore or disable for app. Now it's just enable or disable filter HTTPS, no other option.

Thanks!

### Proposed solution

AdGuard should detect if an application uses pinned SSL certificates (application will terminate SSL connection with a specific code if non-pinned CA cert is presented). After detecting it, AdGuard should present the option (as notification) to:
1) Ignore the certificate and keep trying to filter HTTPS
(or)
2) Disable filter HTTPS only for that app/certificate/domain.
