Filtering log (Recent activity): simplified "Request details"

### Issue Details

Right now, *Request details* section seems quite complicated for a casual user.

1. There are too many different fields displayed, which can be challenging to understand.
2. Many various actions are associated with rules. A regular user typically wants two actions: **Block** and **Unblock**. Everything else might be a bit too complex.

### Proposed solution

I suggest hiding the details in some manner (of course, allowing them to be displayed if desired) and presenting the **Request details** in a simplified version.

For instance, we could show the following fields:
1. Request URL
2. The app that sent the request
3. Status
4. Event type (DNS / HTTPS / Firewall / etc).

What's important, in the simplified form we should only have one main action on every "Request details" screen.

These actions could be:
1. Block
2. Unblock (for "Blocked" requests only)

Depending on why the request was blocked, unblocking is done either via the "User rules" or via the "Firewall" rules.
