Cosmetic filter logs in Filtering Log

### Problem Description

The current filtering log (v3.4.120) only shows network requests (http(s)) and dns requests. It does not show the cosmetic filters applied on the dom of webpage rendered in a web browser (Ex. Samsung Internet, Google Chrome).

### Proposed Solution

Filtering log should show all the cosmetic filters applied from the enabled filter lists, similar to the logger in uBlock Origin. One way could be assigning a tag to differentiate the applied cosmetic filtering rules from other requests.
