説明
1. Add AdGuard's share action provider:
https://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/ShareActionProvider
2. Receive the intent and show settings screen for an app or a webpage
3. List the possible actions: enable/disable AdGuard for the app or webpage, select & block an element, etc
4. If user opts to select an element, show a webview with Assistant's code inside
