Activate Filters Automatically

I was wondering if there is a feature to activate the relevant language filters automatically when the user visits webpages of other language. This feature is available in AdGuard Browser Extension for Chrome. Good to have it on Android too. Thanks!

### Expected behavior
When the user visits a webpage that is in a particular language (Ex: Russian), the relevant language filter should be enabled & updated.

### Actual behavior
Currently, only the filters that have been manually enabled by the user is used.

* Rooted or not? Not rooted
* Any other apps that can start VPN/Antiviruses/Cleaners etc. installed? N/A
