The issue only names `next.me` and says it is an Annoyances report, with no file or test references. Start by locating the annoyances filter list in the AdguardFilters repository and inspect nearby `next.me` rules to match the existing syntax/style. Reproduce in Firefox with uBlock Origin using the same filter set to confirm the popup behavior. Done when the nuisance is blocked on the site and no unintended filter changes are introduced.
