### Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add these rules to the User rules:
```
hltv.org#%#//scriptlet('prevent-fetch', 'hltv.org/ht/event')
@@||hltv.org/ht/event$domain=hltv.org
@@||hltv.org/js/ht.pageview-props.tagged-events.js$domain=hltv.org
```
2. Open a new tab and the dev tools
3. Go to https://www.hltv.org/matches and check whether the hltv.org/ht/event request is succeeded.

### Actual Behavior
The request is not blocked.
