2. Go to https://store.steampowered.com/app/1614330/Crowsworn/ and click [View discussions](https://steamcommunity.com/app/1614330/discussions/)

### Expected Behavior

steamcommunity.com is explicitly excluded from the scope of this rule so it shouldn't apply.

### Actual Behavior

The 'View discussions' link shouldn't be blocked by the rule.
