Videos on many pages too often run automatically and a mix of serious realted stuff and also integrated advertisement which you can not skip easily and which are heavy on MB to stream.
Adguard can also block all sort of media and so it would be fine if there would be the option to alway click to watch.
Yes, there are many other addons which cann also do it.
