Add auto follow feature for the events flow in the `Filtering log`.

### Issue Details

Hi, there is no option to auto follow the last events continuously. For instance, on Twitch the events flow is often frequent in the `Filtering log` and normally the events window remains fixed, there is no way to auto follow the current last events flow.
