Activate a filter when enabling the Security category in Filters

With the Security category, you can turn it on and neither of the filters categorized under it will be automatically activated. You have to switch Security on, and then go in and manually turn on either or both of the two filters categorized under it. I think that at least the Online Malicious URL Blocklist should be activated automatically when the Security category is activated, even if the NoCoin Filter List is more specific to user preferences.
