Privacy group switch is partially out of sync with Stealth Mode `Block trackers` switch

### Issue Details

- **AdGuard version:** 4.1.1
- **Browser and version:** Chrome 103
- **Operating system and version:** Windows 10
- **Filters you use in AdGuard:** Base, 2x AdGuard tracking, Social, Annoyances, Russian
- **Stealth Mode settings:** All, except cookies
- **Other browser extensions:** no

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable `Block trackers` in Stealth mode, the `Privacy` group in filters and two AdGuard filters in this group
2. Disable the `Privacy` group

### Actual behavior

`Block trackers` is still enabled

### Expected behavior

`Block trackers` is disabled

Disable and enable `Block trackers` option - `Privacy` group => enabled.
`Block trackers` does not react on turning off the group of filters.
