### Problem Description

This is a small enhancement for the assistant tool to create rules on the filtering log. Currently what the title says is not always possible, e.g. on `https://blog.dfplus.io/column/basics-of-pinterest-for-marketers/` if you try to create a rule for `https://blog.dfplus.io/wp-content/themes/cocoon-master/lib/analytics/access.php?post_id=3522&post_type=post`, the option is either full path with full parameter or `||blog.dfplus.io/wp-content/themes/*`. However, as a filter author I'd say full path without parameter is often needed - it's worth being assured always available even with the cost of `||blog.dfplus.io/wp-content/themes/*` or `||blog.dfplus.io/wp-content/*` removed. I'm aware I can edit the rule, this request is done because I found I often have to remove these parameter to get the rule I want. The full path with full parameter should still be kept as there are cases that is needed, but TBH without parameter is more often needed.

### Proposed Solution

Make the first two rows always being "full path with full parameter" and "full path without parameter or hash`#`" .
