Create options do enable/disable PING, BEACON API and CSP REPORT

I was able to block Ping and Beacon API through the rule:

> ||*^$ping
However idk if it is correct and if can cause any "damage"

Besides that, i couldn't block CSP report through
> $csp commands

I believe that adding an option to enable and disable these options would facilitate the access to those functions for most users.
