1. Add `4pda.ru#$?#body > :not(div) > :not(div) > div > :not(div):matches-css(background: /s.4pda.to\//) { background: #e6e7e9!important; }`
2. Go to http://4pda.ru/2019/03/19/356492/
3. Scroll the page up/down
### Expected behavior
Background is gray;
### Actual behavior
Background is blinking.
