Implement fast Advanced Options choice for Manual Selection

### Issue Details

When using manual selection there are two Advanced Options, "Apply rules to all sites" and "Block by reference address" ("Applica la regola a tutti i siti" e "Blocco mediante indirizzo di riferimento" in italian, my lnguage) (those change while moving the selection bar but i'm focusing only on those two options).

Those two options are hidden under a clickable link and are always unselected, this is quite troublesome when having to hide a lot of elements.

### Proposed solution

Add an option to leave the Advanced Panel Open in the Manual Selction.

Let the user chose to have one or more selction automatically checked in the frame selection bar for a faster and simpler usage.

Lastly allowing Multiple Items Manual Selection would be really great.

Thank you for your time and keep on the good work, this is now the best Adblock choice around, improving it a bit can surely let people that loved Ublock Origins have a perfect alterantive.
