Add icons to all websites in Exclusions list

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add to `Exclusions` any site whose site's icon is not supported.

### Expected Behavior

The favicon icons of the site that appear in the browser tabs can be detected and added to the Exclusions with them if possible. So this way icons can be supported.

### Actual Behavior

When we add websites to the Exclusions, the icons of some sites are supported and some are not.
