Allways connect to fastest server

### Issue Details

The vpn client connects to one specific server which you have to choose on starting up the connection. This connection can be the fastest at the time of connection, but that is not garuanteed to stay the fastest. It would be nice if we had a setting to automagically (re)connect to the fastest vpn server.

### Proposed solution

Create a way for the client to connect to the fastes server every n hours. So, every n hours, check if connected server is still the fastest, and if not, reconnect to the new fastest server.
