Add a feature to create Presets/Profiles

For some sites, a certain server or certain AdGuard VPN settings are suitable, and now the user needs to change all this manually every time.

Add presets/profiles with the ability to configure the server, city, list of exclusions of sites and applications, DNS server, protocol, etc.
