### Issue Details

When using public Wi-Fi, it is recommended to use a VPN so that attackers cannot find out your website visiting history.

### Proposed solution

Add the function of auto VPN connection when using public Wi-Fi as in mobile applications.

### Alternative solution

Show a notification when using public Wi-Fi and that in this case you need to connect AdGuard VPN.
