No toasts about successful connection

Steps to reproduce:

### Expected Behavior

OS shows a notification (a toast) of successful connection to a server

### Actual Behavior

I don't see any notifications about successful connections for a month or may be a bit less. Although I see them when disconnect happens.
Did you disable them by design or it's a bug?

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce on Windows by connecting and disconnecting to confirm only disconnect toasts appear. Then inspect the notification flow used for disconnect and find the matching successful-connection event handler in the desktop client. Done means a connect action now reliably raises a success toast and existing disconnect notification behavior is unchanged.
