Suggestion to update AdGuard to use integration mode, when using SOCKS5 mode

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable SOCKS5 mode
2. Setup SOCKS5 proxy in AdGuard 3.6
3. Connect VPN, enable protection

### Expected Behavior

No popups in VPN about integration mode when using SOCKS5 mode.

### Actual Behavior

Popup with suggestion to update AdGuard for using integration mode, that I don't use and don't need (I use proxy mode for switching to Fiddler, VPN and direct connection. I can't update AdGuard to v4 on this device).
