Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to exclusions tab -> Websites
2. Tap on Add website
3. Tap on From the list
4. Expand the last list
5. Scroll to the bottom
6. Tap on Add next to any service
Screen is scrolling up by itself

### Expected Behavior

Screen doesn't scroll by itself.
