Vpn icon is not displayed in quick access

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Install AdGuard VPN -> log in to your account and launch the application -> minimize AdGuard VPN -> on the desktop long press on AdGuard VPN -> on the on/off button of AdGuard VPN, you should see the AdGuard VPN logo on the left.
Right now there is a blank/white background in place of the logo

Also, if you long press on AdGuard VPN on the desktop -> long press on the "Turn on/ turn off" button and drag it to the desktop -> the shortcut icon for turning on/off AdGuard VPN will also be empty

### Expected Behavior

The icon for AdGuard VPN is displayed for the quick access buttons
