Add the ability to pause the VPN for a certain period of time

### Problem Description

Some sites do not work with VPN, or for some other reason user may need to disable the VPN. User may forgot to connect VPN againg.

### Proposed Solution

To remember to turn the VPN back on, pause function can be added on long press(for example, pause for 5, 10, 15 minutes).
