RTÉ Player detects the VPN and refuses to load videos

### Environment

### Issue Details

With the VPN setting set to Dublin, and trying to load a video, the video player throws an error about *"You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy. Please disable these services and try again"*

### Expected Behavior

The show episode is played and shown.

### Additional Information

The show does not seem to be available to any known abroad countries, showing *"This programme is not available"* for Norway, and an IP block message for UK and Netherlands.

Until earlier tonight, there were rumours that the show in the example page had foreign dubs in Spain and Finland that would've been easier to access, but this was disproven.

I've been fairly impressed by AdGuard VPN being able to access stuff like ITVX, Channel 4 All 4, and PBS Kids; so when RTÉ Player can't be accessed, I presumed it deserved an issue report about it.
