Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. disable VPN;
2. go to https://cloudflare-quic.com/;
3. “When loading this page from Cloudflare's edge network, your browser used HTTP/3”;
4. enable VPN;
5. refresh the page;
6. “When loading this page from Cloudflare's edge network, your browser used HTTP/2”.
