Feature request: Official graphical interface for AdGuardVPNCLI (Ubuntu)

### Issue Details

Currently AdGuardVPNCLI has no official graphical interface. Many users have to use terminal commands or third-party wrappers, which is less convenient for everyday use.

### Proposed solution

Please consider creating an official graphical interface for AdGuardVPNCLI.

A built-in GUI could allow users to:
- Connect / disconnect VPN
- Select locations
- Manage general/selective mode
- Import/export domain lists
- Change settings easily

I attached screenshots as an example of the interface style.

### Alternative solution

If an official GUI is not planned, would you be okay with community-made open source GUI extensions based on AdGuardVPNCLI?
