Videos on a page autoplay with AdGuard, they do not without it

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. disable auto-play videos in Safari (Settings / Websites / Auto-Play)
2. open e.g. https://www.idnes.cz/zpravy/zahranicni/usa-charlie-kirik-atentat-socha-republikani-sjzed-trump-volby.A260911_100123_zahranicni_dtt
3. watch the video on top of the page start playing
4. disable AdGuard for Safari extension
5. reload or open the page again
6. the video does not play
7. enable the extension again
8. reload
9. video auto plays again

Safari autoplay settings being respected

### Actual Behavior

Safari autoplay settings are not respected
