Unified AdGuard for Safari Across iOS/macOS

### Issue Details

Right now, AdGuard for iOS and AdGuard for Safari on macOS have to be set up separately, in different apps. If you use custom filters, rules, or tweaks, it gets annoying having to make the same changes twice. It’d be really helpful if settings could sync across devices, maybe through iCloud, so everything stays consistent without the manual work.

### Proposed solution

Please consider developing a version of AdGuard for Safari that works consistently across all Apple platforms—macOS, iOS, and iPadOS—similar to how uBlock Origin Lite's latest release functions. A unified experience would greatly improve usability, sync, and settings management for users within the Apple ecosystem. Thanks for your consideration.
