Add Malware protection screen or AdGuard Popup blocker userscript to AdGuard for Safari

### Issue Details

Sometimes a site will launch a popup blocker. Safari doesn't seem as capable of blocking popups but would prefer to just use safari on my MacBook.

### Proposed solution

Instead of a popup launching a new tab - it would be cool to simply have it immediately close those new tab requests or do strict popup blocker does on chrome which is create a small minimal notice that a popup is requesting to open giving you a chance to allow or ignore
