Page slow to load when AdGuard ad blocker extension is active.

### Environment

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard Tracking Protection filter, AdGuard Social Media filter, AdGuard Annoyances filter, AdGuard Cookie Notices filter, AdGuard Other Annoyances filter, Adblock Warning Removal List, Online Malicious URL Blocklist

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Protection on AdGuard Extension on Safari.
2. Visit URL: [https://www.pluralsight.com/resources/blog/guides/algorithm-templates-two-pointers-part-1](https://www.pluralsight.com/resources/blog/guides/algorithm-templates-two-pointers-part-1)
3. Notice page loads slowly.
4. Click on AdGuard extension on Safari toolbar and select 'Pause AdGuard for Safari' and reload page and notice the page loads instantly.

### Expected Behavior

Expect the page to load faster when using AdGuard blocker extension.

### Actual Behavior

Page loads 5x slower compared to the load time when the extension is paused.
