### Prerequisites

- [x] I have checked the [Wiki](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki) and [Discussions](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a) and found no answer

- [x] I have searched other issues and found no duplicates

- [x] I want to report a bug and not [ask a question or ask for help](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a)

- [x] I have set up AdGuard Home correctly and [configured clients to use it](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki/Clients). (Use the [Discussions](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a) for help with installing and configuring clients.)

### Platform (OS and CPU architecture)

FreeBSD (OPNsense), AMD64 (aka x86_64)

### Installation

OPNsense plugin

### Setup

On a router, DHCP is handled by the router

### AdGuard Home version

v0.107.77

### Action

Configure upstream dns servers as:
```
## Quad9 w/ EDNS
# 9.9.9.11 @ dns11.quad9.net
sdns://AwcAAAAAAAAACDkuOS45LjExAA9kbnMxMS5xdWFkOS5uZXQ
# 149.112.112.11 @ dns11.quad9.net
sdns://AwcAAAAAAAAADjE0OS4xMTIuMTEyLjExAA9kbnMxMS5xdWFkOS5uZXQ
# 2620:fe::11 @ dns11.quad9.net
sdns://AwcAAAAAAAAADVsyNjIwOmZlOjoxMV0AD2RuczExLnF1YWQ5Lm5ldA
# 2620:fe::fe:11 @ dns11.quad9.net
sdns://AwcAAAAAAAAAEFsyNjIwOmZlOjpmZToxMV0AD2RuczExLnF1YWQ5Lm5ldA
```

Disable ipv4 or ipv6 connectivity (e.g., block all traffic on the firewall).

### Expected result

Three things:

When ipv4 or ipv6 is blocked and I click `Test Upstreams` I expect AGH to return an error that some DNS servers aren't working.

I expect the query log to show which specific server was used.

I expect statistics to be specific per server IP.

### Actual result

When I disable ipv6 is, clicking `Test Upstreams` AGH returns `Specified DNS servers are working correctly` even though 2 of the 4 or not functioning due to ipv6 being down. Further, if I comment out the two working ipv4 servers, then AGH errors about the servers not working, even though the same 2 ipv6 servers are still there and didn't error when the ipv4 servers were uncommented.

The query log groups all 4 servers together under one name.

The statistics group all 4 servers together under one name.
