Add TProxy inbound port support

### The problem

in certain systems (such as Android), the IPv6 NAT table may be unavailable.

### Proposed solution

supporting a TProxy inbound port could provide an alternative way to forward DNS traffic to AdGuardHome when NAT-based redirection is not available.
