[Feature Request] Silent automatic updates

Add an option to let Adguard Home update itself without user intervention when a new version is released. It should also send an email to root summarizing the update and any settings change that may have resulted from it. Finally, add an entry in the wiki about how to set up postfix to redirect root email.
