Safe Search puts Youtube in "restricted Mode"

I want to write comments on the youtube website.

### Expected result

I could write comments on youtube website.

### Actual result

Safe-Search Option from Adguard Home does not only influence the search of videos in youtube, but also influence the possibilty of writing comments since it puts youtube in "restricted mode".

### Additional information and/or screenshots

This is probably not an error from Adguard Home "Safe Search" but more one of Youtube. But i think you should write the consequences of "safe search" down better, and what unintended consequences this could have. It took me 20 weeks to find this thing out, now i will not activate "safe search" again. A good place might be the wiki: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki/Configuration
