AdGuard browsing security web service causes no internet access

### Action

AdGuard Home has been flawless to me for over a year now. Suddenly around 8 hours ago, websites don't load anymore, except Facebook/Meta sites for some reason. I thought it's my ISP, did multiple router reboots.

All my devices are connected to AdGuard Home via router DNS settings, except for my Nintendo 3DS. Then I realized internet still works there. So I tried disabling AdGuard Home temporarily and internet works on all my devices.

First I tried disabling unbound DNS by changing upstream DNS servers, no effect. Then I just thought of changing any setting, so I disabled the AdGuard browsing security web service. And I was right, internet now works again.
