### The problem
HTTPS DNS records are used to [optimize HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 negotiation](https://blog.cloudflare.com/speeding-up-https-and-http-3-negotiation-with-dns/) by avoiding the initial HTTP/1.1 connection and upgrade.
Also, HTTPS DNS records are used to provide the browser the necessary information to perform [ECH](https://blog.cloudflare.com/announcing-encrypted-client-hello/).
But AdGuard Home as a DNS server does not support setting up custom HTTPS records.
Example from Cloudflare:
```console
❯ dig @1.1.1.1 +noall +answer HTTPS ha.example.com
ha.example.com. 300 IN HTTPS 1 . alpn="h3,h2" ipv4hint=104.21.48.163,172.67.154.87 ech=AEX+DQBBpQAgACAo1VXPVZoBNQH+r7Xx4cE2TFt+XEXS6smGpAsvxZkcIgAEAAEAAQASY2xvdWRmbGFyZS1lY2guY29tAAA= ipv6hint=2606:4700:3032::6815:30a3,2606:4700:3033::ac43:9a57
```
Note that this feature has been [recently added to OpenWRT](https://github.com/openwrt/luci/commit/9aeb34549f76f7cccd836a27012e2c61ae33805a).
### Proposed solution
I would like to configure custom DNS rewrites in AdGuard Home so that:
```console
❯ dig @192.168.1.10 +noall +answer HTTPS ha.example.com
ha.example.com. 0 IN HTTPS 1 ha.example.com. alpn="h3,h2" ipv4hint=192.168.1.10
```
### Alternatives considered and additional information
The alternative is to put OpenWRT in front of AdGuard Home and make it so OpenWRT handles these local addresses and forwards everything else to AdGuard Home.
The downside is that I need to handle two DNS servers, and AdGuard Home will only ever show one client, which is OpenWRT itself.
