Repeat DNS reslolve from other server when receiving specific range IP

### The problem

Hi
I have a local Adguard dns server.
My ISP has a DNS server with lowest latency. But it blocked lots of websites and return 10.0.0.0/8 IP as response.
Other DNS server has latency but I forced to use them.

Is it possible to implement feature to use my ISP server and when it return IP from 10.0.0.0/8 range, Adguard ignore it and repeat resolve query to other DNS servers like 8.8.8.8?

I think in some DNS server this called : bogus-nxdomain
