**AdGuardHome v0.107.57 Blocks Internet Access on Fire Tablet When Browsing Security & Parental Control Are Enabled**

**Environment:**

- AdGuardHome Version: v0.107.57
- Installation Type: Standalone app on Linux
- Operating System: Raspberry OS

**Issue Description:**

When enabling both Browsing Security and Parental Control in AdGuardHome, the Fire Tablet loses internet access. As soon as these two settings are disabled, the internet connection is restored. This issue persists across reboots and different networks.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

1. Install and configure AdGuardHome v0.107.57 on a standalone Linux machine.
2. Ensure that AdGuardHome is handling DNS requests for the network.
3. On the AdGuardHome dashboard, navigate to Settings → Browsing Security and enable it.
4. Enable Parental Control in Settings → Parental Control.
5. Connect a Fire Tablet to the network and attempt to access any website.
6. Observe that there is no internet access on the Fire Tablet.
7. Disable Browsing Security and Parental Control, and internet access is immediately restored.

**Expected Behavior:**

Enabling Browsing Security and Parental Control should not completely block internet access on the Fire Tablet. The tablet should still be able to access safe and allowed websites.

**Actual Behavior:**

When both features are enabled, the Fire Tablet is completely unable to access the internet.

**Troubleshooting Steps Taken:**

- Restarted both AdGuardHome and the Fire Tablet.
- Tested the issue on a different Fire Tablet (same result).
- Verified that the issue occurs only on Fire Tablets (other devices like PCs and smartphones work fine).
- Tried using different DNS settings in AdGuardHome.
