Adguard unstable, slow if lose IPv6

### Action

Adguard Home configured to use IPv6.
Bootstrap DNS contain IPv6 addresses.

If network, provider lose IPv6 dashboard start working unstable. Can't safe settings, doing something at background and only service restart helps.
