Descripción

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have checked the [Wiki](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki) and [Discussions](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions) and found no answer

- [X] I have searched other issues and found no duplicates

- [X] I want to request a feature or enhancement and not ask a question

### The problem

The default block list provided by AdGuardHome is good enough, but sometimes an ad still popup

### Proposed solution

I think it would be beneficial if the user have an option to block these ad that are already recognized by AdGuardHome or [whotracks.me](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/issues/364) as described in [this discussion](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/6125)

### Alternatives considered and additional information

The possible workaround for now is by selectively pick the necessary domain to block or just add existed list to the rules
