Client Naming by EUI-64 in AdGuard Home

### The problem

Currently, clients can only be identified by IP, MAC address, CIDR, or Client ID. I would like to request the addition of an identification method using EUI-64 or by recognizing clients based on specific strings contained within their IP addresses.
