Timeout errors - Response recevied over udp

Custom package (OpenWrt, HomeAssistant, etc; please mention in the description)

On a router, DHCP is handled by the router

### AdGuard Home version

0.107.51

### Action

After upgrading from 0.107.50 to 0.107.51 I started to see these errors below:
