Periodic data clearing

### The problem

Currently, the adg is only periodically set to clear logs and data. Can the adg be set to clear query logs and statistics data at a precise time?If I manually clean the log or data during this period, will the clear time set be recalculated?

### Proposed solution

Adds a custom point-in-time or date settings to the feature.
