Visual enhancements for query log viewing

### The problem

1. At the moment the request log does not have the ability to be automatically updated, there is a possibility to manually update by clicking the mouse on the button or by pressing the enter key
2. Now in the query log when selecting "Allowed" they are displayed in green background color, with a large number of allowing rules it is very hard to distinguish between them. And also there is no possibility to simply mark certain domains with background color

### Proposed solution

1. Add the ability to automatically update the query Log in the drop-down menu on the query Log page at intervals of 1 second, 10 seconds 30 seconds, 60 seconds.
2. Add the ability to assign tags to each blacklist and whitelist as well as permissive user rules. Add the ability to assign a custom background color in HEX to each of the tags. Add the ability to search for a new list tag in the query log
