Enhancement of Disable Protection

### The problem

So the problem in my case is the predefined values for the time to disable protection I would like to have different values for some case of use

### Proposed solution

So one solution would be to add a field with custom time where you enter then the value e.g. in minutes. An other solution would be to make your predefined values in settings editable to custom values. So the gap from 1m to 10m is too big for me and a custom value would be the best for every case of use.

One other thing I would really like to have is the disable protection for a specific time for a single client and not the hole AdGuard server because other clients should be protected in that time
