Apply filtering to DNS queries for hostnames of filtering lists

### Action

My DNS blocklist was hosted on github.com, I decided to host it on my internal GitLab instance as it is approximately 50MB and it is a lot faster to download from LAN.

When attempting to do so, AdGuard reported an error:


However, from the VM that is hosting AdGuard Home, it can cURL it, AdGuard Home holds the record for where it points to.



### Expected result

I would expect AdGuard Home to simply download the blocklist as it does from GitHub.

### Actual result
