### Prerequisites

- [X] I have checked the [Wiki](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki) and [Discussions](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a) and found no answer

- [X] I have searched other issues and found no duplicates

- [X] I want to report a bug and not [ask a question or ask for help](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a)

- [X] I have set up AdGuard Home correctly and [configured clients to use it](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki/Clients). (Use the [Discussions](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/discussions/categories/q-a) for help with installing and configuring clients.)

### Platform (OS and CPU architecture)

Custom (please mention in the description)

### Installation

Docker

### Setup

On one machine

### AdGuard Home version

v0.107.38

### Action

```
did initial setup for AGH and applied the following settings
AGH IP 192.168.1.22
GW IP 192.168.1.79
- DNS Upstream server
https://security.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query
https://dns.cloudflare.com/dns-query
https://dns.google/dns-query
https://doh.opendns.com/dns-query
[/ni.networks.com/1.168.192in-addr.arpa/]192.168.1.22
[/ni.networks.com/]192.168.1.22
- Private reverse DNS servers
192.168.1.22
192.168.1.79
- DNS rewrites
sw.ni.networks.com --> 192.168.1.30
- AdGuardHome.yaml
private_networks : 192.168.1.0/24
```

### Expected result

am having networks.com as my public domain and looking to assign local hosts with ni.networks.com so when requesting for exmaple sw.ni.networks.com from AGH i would get back 192.168.1.30 however this is not happening

I tried having a custom filter as

192.168.1.30 sw.ni.networks.com

but still didnt go, nslookup is never working

### Actual result

local hosts are never being resolved and funning thing is in wireshark i dont ever see a request going for sw.ni.networks.com but rather one requets only for 192.168.1.22 (AGH IP) retruning the hosting mahcine

### Additional information and/or screenshots

if i do setup the DNS rewrites as a domain name thats not being a sub domain of a public domain its working all fine.
