Make the “Top Upstreams” lists selectable to show which devices are using which upstreams

### The problem

The list is currently just a list and not clickable to show further results

### Proposed solution

Make these links clickable and redirect to the Query Log as a filter to show which devices are using the selected upstream for DNS resolution.

Maybe also add the option as a drop-down filter in the Query Log.

Or have it’s own page/section if using the existing Query Log is not possible to display these results.
